Terms of Use

Guestiny lets you create a wedding invitation as a web page, send it to your guests as a link or QR code, and collect their replies.

• You can design and preview invitations for free, with up to 3 drafts at a time. A draft that has not been paid for is deleted 60 days after it was created.
• Once you pay, your invitation is published and guests can open it without an account until 180 days after the wedding date. After that, the link and QR code open a thank-you page with the couple’s names. Until then, you can download the invitation as a file to keep from My invitations.
• You can edit your invitation until 30 days after the wedding date, and change the wedding date yourself once before the wedding day. For anything beyond that, contact us.
• You can unpublish your invitation and change its link. Once the link changes, the old link and QR code stop working.
• The RSVP form closes by itself after the wedding day, and the guest list is deleted automatically 90 days after the wedding date. Download it first if you still need it.

• The price is the one shown on the website when you pay. You pay once per invitation, for one wedding. There are no monthly or renewal fees.
• Payments are handled by a payment provider. We do not store your bank account or card details.
• Discount codes are subject to their own conditions and cannot be exchanged for cash.

You can design and preview your whole invitation before paying, so we do not refund a change of mind once it has been published. We will refund you if we cannot provide the service as agreed, if you were charged twice or too much, or if we discontinue the service before your wedding date. To request a refund, contact us with your order number.

Nothing here limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law.

Providing the service requires collecting and using your information. The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and share it, and the rights you have.

Who can use Guestiny

• You must be of legal age, or have your parent or guardian’s consent.
• You are responsible for keeping the account you sign in with secure, and for what is done through it.

What you can’t do

• Add content that is unlawful, obscene or defamatory, or that violates someone else’s rights, including copyright and privacy.
• Deceive people, impersonate someone else, or use an invitation to solicit money dishonestly.
• Use one invitation for more than one wedding.
• Interfere with our systems, access them without permission, or collect data with automated tools.
• Use guest information for anything other than planning your wedding.

Permissions you give us

The content you put on your invitation belongs to you. We do not claim ownership of it. You give us permission to store, copy and display it as needed to provide the service. This permission ends when the content is deleted from our systems.

You confirm that you have the right to use what you upload, especially music and video, which are usually protected by copyright, and that the people who appear in your photos have agreed to their publication.

The website, invitation designs, patterns, and the Guestiny name and logo belong to us. You may use them to create and publish your own invitations, and you may print or share the QR codes and images you save from the service for your event. You may not copy or adapt our designs or software to build another service.

We may unpublish an invitation, remove content or suspend an account if the content or the way the service is used breaks these terms or the law, or where the law requires it, including repeated copyright infringement. We will tell you why where we can.

If you find content on an invitation that infringes your copyright or other rights, send us the invitation’s link. We will review it and act promptly.

You can stop using the service at any time. To close your account, contact us. Closing an account deletes every invitation in it and cannot be undone.

Who is responsible if something happens

We take reasonable care of the service, but we cannot guarantee that it will be error-free or never interrupted. We are not responsible for content that users put on their invitations, for details entered incorrectly, or for failures of services run by others, such as maps or payment systems.

To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the invitation concerned. This limit does not apply to loss caused by our wilful misconduct or gross negligence, and it does not remove your rights as a consumer under the law.

Changes to the service

We may improve or change the service. If we decide to shut it down, we will announce it on the website in advance so you can download your data and let your guests know.

How we handle disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. If something goes wrong, please contact us first. Disputes we cannot settle are subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts, without affecting your rights as a consumer under the law.

Other terms

• If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest remains in effect.
• You may not transfer your rights under these terms to anyone else without our consent.
• These terms are written in Thai and English. If the two differ, the Thai version prevails.

We may update these terms when the service or the law changes, and we will announce the change on the website before it takes effect. If you keep using the service after that, you accept the updated terms.
